Norwich Cathedral Watchpoint

The Norwich peregrine watchpoint has been set up and will be officially open from tomorrow for visitors, we will be there every day 10-4 until the end of June. If you are in the city pop down and take a look at the peregrines. All use of telescopes and binoculars are free and we have lots of friendly, knowledgeable volunteers on hand to tell you about the peregrines. You can also watch the nest camera footage live in the cathedral cafe which has a great view up to the spire through the roof windows.

So far the peregrines have two eggs the first was laid on Saturday the second was this morning.

  1. So far so good, GA sitting pretty now there are two eggs. Hopefully she and Norman will raise healthy offsprings this year. Perhaps it better there is no sound this year as we remember how noisy GA can be and last years fledgling and if there are more than one Norwich will surely know they are there.
